So this was seriously the worst conference I’ve witnessed from any of the companies over the years.

So the big bombshell I guess is that they didn’t show a motion sensing controller (yet).

Other “highlights”:

- FF13 is now also coming to 360 as are 3 other Square titles. Star Ocean, Infintate Undiscovery and Last Remnant. We knew about those so no surprises there.

- New Xbox Dashboard update/interface coming in the Autumn (Fall – for our American readers)

- Mii-too’s their own avatars

- Some really annoying movie game thing with an eye-toy

- Gears, Fable 2, Banjo3, Viva Pinata 2, Fallout 3

- Some more Live Arcade content, Geometry Wars 2, Galaga, Portal 2

- A load of stuff about downloadable HD video and some Netflix thing I could care less about

So that was pretty much it. Not a single thing that really got me excited for the line-up later this year. Nothing really innovative and no real surprises.

The new guy Don makes me wish for the return of J Allard, Bobbie Bach and Peter Moore. That was painful to type…
